Tier 1 Investor

The UK is always encouraging High Net Worth individuals who have substantial sums to invest in the UK. If you are a non EEA national and have at least 2 million available to invest, you can apply for a visa to allow you and your family to live in the UK. 

Under this route your children will have access to the UK’s education system and you and your family can work towards obtaining British citizenship. 

To qualify for a Tier 1 investor visa, you will need to demonstrate that you:  

1. Have at least £2 million investment under your control which is held in a regulated financial institution and disposable in the UK which can be evidenced. 

2. Have opened an account in the UK with a regulated bank for the purposes of investing. From 6 April 2015 it has become a requirement for applicants to have a UK regulated investment bank account before making their initial application.
